Hello,
I’m an editor, content manager, and strategist based in New York City. I currently work as the content strategist at Forbright Bank, responsible for leading UX and all aspects of customer acquisition and retention content across the digital banking ecosystem, including the channels of website, lifecycle, email, social, paid, GEO, and SEO. Before Forbright, I worked in Global Brand & Marketing at MetLife, where I led global content strategy for websites in the US, Mexico, Japan, and EMEA.
I graduated in 2014 from the Harvard/Simmons Consortium in Culture Studies with a degree in English Literature. During graduate school I helped write a book called Trauma and Race: A Lacanian Study of African American Racial Identity, which came out in Spring 2016 from Baylor University Press.
In my spare time, I teach Research Writing & African-American Literature at universities and yoga and medication classes throughout the city.
